Merry on Main marks the beginning of a formal partnership between ASU's drone show initiative and the City of Mesa — a civic relationship built on the foundation of everything the program had developed since the first show in 2023.

Commissioned directly by the city and produced alongside Pulse Drones, the show featured 100 drones performing festive holiday animations for a live public audience.

The show was designed by students enrolled in DSC 494: Designing Drone Shows — the country's first university drone design course. My role spanned both creative and logistical responsibilities: designing four of the featured figures myself, and serving as the creative liaison between the student designers and Pulse Drones — ensuring every asset met professional flight constraints before handoff.
